Starting To Make A Difference….

                     Though the Goal Bands Game came about during my recently completed volunteer mission to SA I would be remiss, however, if not crediting my father, Leonard Mentzer, for some of the pivotal inspiration. He was a Berkely and Columbia grad who worked for 20 years at Manhattan Tort and served under 3 of NYC’s venerable mayors and it is his oft stated maxim “simplify, simplify, simplify”, that is the key ingredient of the Goal Bands Game.

Finally, I must credit TV’s Judge Judy with providing further inspiration for the Goal Bands Game. She, Judy Sheindlin, is my brothers’ favorite mother inlaw ( also his only mother inlaw ) and she has taught me, and 1/2 of America, that procrastination is not an acceptible option for those whom wish to be successful.

This “get up and do something about it” attitude is the other great truth of the Goal Bands Game.
