“For the first time in over 100 years the life expectancy of our children is going down, due largely to an increase in obesity rates and other lifestyle related illnesses” Put aside your remote, your ’mouse’, your “whatever is keeping you from better health”. 

                               This week, set ‘wellness’ goals for yourself and ask  your family and friends to participate with you. Make a daily walk ( 30 - 60 min.s ) the centerpiece of your daily goals and then add a few crunches, leg raises, or other fitness activities. Make the walk at your neighborhood, school, workplace, wherever, just do it. Also, while you’re at it, why not define some daily nutritional goals for your 1st Goal Bands Game ( ie cut out the junk food, drink more water, no snacking between meals, etc ) as well ? Use your Goal Bands Game wristbands to encourage success and remember your commitment to start your whole family on the path to better health and fitness.
